Invitation to Membership

The Chamber is a member-driven organization of businesses, organizations, and individuals who are working together to improve the economic, civic, and cultural well-being of our community. Any individual, association or organization, estate, company, firm, partnership, or corporation who is in harmony with the purpose of the Chamber is eligible and invited to apply for membership.

Why join?

Your support allows the Chamber to carry out its many and varied functions listed above as well as enabling it to:

  • Advertise and promote Clarendon & Donley County;
  • Promote events that attract visitors and increase economic activity;
  • Provide relocation information and welcome packages to potential new businesses and residents; and
  • Provide a first-class Visitor Center for Clarendon.

Business members also have the additional benefit of the Chamber working to promote their business through the Visitor Center and online. Ideas and questions from our Members are always welcome.

Membership is subject to the approval of the Chamber Board of Directors. First dues must be paid at time of application. Annual dues may be invoiced annually or quarterly. Chamber of Commerce dues may be deductible as a business expense. Consult your tax advisor.

*Family farms and ranches are considered businesses. Sole proprietors should join as either a small or large business. Individuals are not listed on the Chamber's online or print directories.

Someone from the Chamber will contact you to welcome you and arrange payment of your dues.
